What are Transitions® lenses? They’re clear indoors and darken automatically outdoors in sunlight, then clear again when you come back inside — one pair that works as everyday glasses and sunglasses.

What’s the difference between the Transitions® options?

They darken with UV light, so they won’t darken much behind a car windscreen. Photochromic performance may vary and is influenced by temperature and UV exposure.

Your questions, answered

What warranty do I get?

Ray-Ban Meta glasses bought in the UK come with Luxottica’s one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase. This is on top of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If anything goes wrong, get in touch — as an authorised retailer, we’ll handle the claim for you. Please note that the manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t cover scratches on the lenses.

Can I have lenses fitted somewhere else?

Ray-Ban’s warranty terms say lenses should be fitted by Luxottica or an authorised retailer, so having lenses fitted elsewhere may affect your warranty.

Blayzer and Scriber bought frame only come with Ray-Ban’s clear display lenses. When you add lenses with us, your pair arrives complete: Ray-Ban Authentic lenses are made and fitted by Ray-Ban, and Essilor lenses are fitted by our specialist glazing lab using the cold-mount (no heat) process these frames need.

How long does delivery take?

With lenses: around 10 working days, whichever lenses you choose. Ray-Ban Authentic lenses are made and fitted by Ray-Ban; Essilor lenses are fitted by our specialist glazing lab. Your finished pair is then dispatched from our practice.

Ready to wear: dispatched within 1–2 working days when it’s in stock at our practice; otherwise please allow 7–10 working days before dispatch. The product page shows your estimated delivery date, and tracked UK delivery is free.

Can I return them?

Ready-to-wear and frame-only pairs: you have 30 days to change your mind. They must be unworn and in their original condition, with all packaging, the charging case and accessories, and the security seal intact. Please remove them from your Meta AI app before sending them back.

Pairs with lenses fitted by us — whether made to your eye-test results or zero-power — are made individually to your measurements, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind. Pairs made to your eye-test results are covered by our 30-day non-tolerance promise. Your statutory rights for faulty items are not affected.

Can I use a discount code?

Ray-Ban Meta glasses are sold at Ray-Ban’s recommended retail price, so our discount codes don’t apply to them or to any lenses fitted to them. You still get free tracked UK delivery, and 30-day returns on ready-to-wear and frame-only pairs.
