At Total Eyewear we take great care in ensuring your order is delivered with the utmost attention and efficiency.
Dispatch Times
All items are prepared and dispatched from our UK facility. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary based on your location and selected service.
Products Marked "Ships in X Days/Weeks"
Select pieces from our collection are housed in our international locations. If a product is marked "Ships in X days/weeks", this refers to the expected timeframe for the item to arrive at our UK dispatch centre. Please note, this is in addition to the delivery window shown at checkout.
Once your item arrives with us, it will be promptly packaged and shipped, and you’ll receive full tracking information to follow its journey to your door.

UK Orders
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of checkout. There may be occasional delays to this timeframe due to circumstances outside of our control, however you will receive an email confirming dispatch as soon as the item(s) have left our warehouse.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked services. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. The item(s) will require a signature upon delivery, if you are not able to receive delivery please use the links on the Royal Mail website to manage your delivery.
If the item is returned to us by the carrier due to them being unable to complete delivery, you may contact us to request a refund but the the shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
For All International Orders (Non-UK)
All international orders are dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail. Where available, we use Royal Mail Tracked services with a signature upon delivery. For territories where this service is unavailable, we will use another Royal Mail International Service.
The customer is responsible for all Customs, Duties and Excise fees, your local shipping service will contact you to arrange payment. Total Eyewear is not responsible for any international fees including, but not limited to: VAT, Customs charges, Import charges, etc. Any items where the fee has not been paid may result in the shipping service returning the product to Total Eyewear. If this occurs then you may contact us to request a refund, however any costs incurred (whether that be shipping, admin, or other) by Total Eyewear will not be refunded.

We currently offer shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).
Please note that not all products are available in all regions—eligible shipping destinations for the items in your order will be shown at checkout.
