How long will my glasses take?

Frame in stock at our practice: dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Frame ordered from the manufacturer: please allow 7–10 working days before dispatch — every frame arrives brand new, direct from the official brand warehouse.
Prescription lenses: add 7-10 working days for our specialist glazing lab to make and fit your lenses.

The product page shows you the combined estimate before you buy — no surprises.

You will receive a Royal Mail tracking link by email the moment your order is dispatched. Prescription orders are also updated when your frame arrives with us and when it enters the glazing lab.
