Pink Pair Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter. This promotion is run by Total Eyewear (total-eyewear.com), United Kingdom. The promoter’s full company name and registered address are available on request.
2. Eligibility. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter and their immediate families.
3. How to enter. To enter, comment the word SUMMER on the giveaway Reel on our Instagram account @total_eyewear during the entry period. Alternative entry, with no social interaction required: contact us via the details on our Contact page at total-eyewear.com with the word SUMMER and your name. One entry per person. Following the account is encouraged but not required to enter.
4. Entry period. Entries open on 23 July 2026 and close on 6 August 2026 at 23:59 (UK time). Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.
5. No purchase necessary. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win, and a purchase will not increase your chance of winning.
6. Prize. One (1) winner will receive the pair of pink sunglasses featured in the giveaway Reel. One pair is available. There is no cash alternative, the prize is non-transferable and it cannot be exchanged.
7. Winner selection and notification. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 48 hours of the closing date. The winner will be contacted directly by direct message and/or email and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize; otherwise the promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
8. Data and marketing. By entering, you agree to join the Total Eyewear mailing list and to receive our marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. General. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion, or these terms, where necessary. Entry into the giveaway confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
